Meet Dana

Dana Rieder  //  Attorney

Dana Liddy Rieder’s law practice focuses on helping veterans, young families, and small business owners. She is passionate about educating her clients, not just representing her clients. She thrives on spending time with her clients, building relationships, and advising them to be proactive in their planning and not reactive. It is when you are reactive that leads to costly litigation that could be avoided with proper planning and foresight.

In 2014, after practicing in a small firm environment in Pennsylvania for thirteen years, Dana and her family relocated to Austin, Texas, where she was admitted to the bar of the State of Texas in 2017 and opened a Solo Practice. Over the years, she has handled breach of contract cases, personal injury cases, social security disability cases, workers’ compensation cases, employment law cases, and estate and probate matters. It was a mix of her litigation experience, teaching experience, and her relocation to Texas that made her focus on the importance of building relationships with her clients. Her primary focus is educating her clients on their rights, and how to protect themselves, their families, their businesses, and their assets.

Dana was born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and is the youngest of five children. She attended the Pennsylvania State University, where she graduated in January 1996 with a B.S. in Education/Communications. Dana ultimately pursued a legal career and in May of 2001, she graduated cum laude from Widener University Law school. During law school, she was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society and served as a Wollcott Scholar for Chief Justice E. Norman Veasy of the Delaware Supreme Court.

Dana is licensed to practice in The State of Texas, The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, The State of New Jersey, The United States of America Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and The United States of America District of New Jersey.
